  SIGNATURE OF THE VISIONARY

  Hwei damages enemy champions, priming them for his signature finisher. The second hit completes his signature, which detonates after a delay, dealing magic damage to enemies in range.

  SUBJECT: DISASTER

  Hwei replaces his abilities with damaging powers: Devastating Fire – fires a flaming projectile. Severing Bolt – casts a long range lightning strike. Molten Fissure – shoot a fiery path that keeps erupting.

  Hwei replaces abilities with utility buffs: Fleeting Current – increases move speed. Pool of Reflection – creates water shields. Stirring Lights – restores mana and inflicts bonus damage.
